Rooms offer a modern touch with spacious layouts and quality toiletries that feel more upscale than usual for a guest house. Breakfast options include locally sourced ingredients, with the sausage hitting the top of the quality scale, complemented by strong, enjoyable coffee.
The check-in time at 16:00 pm and early 10:00 am checkout felt restrictive, especially for families trying to maximize their time. The climb to rooms, while providing a bit of a workout, might be a tad inconvenient for anyone with mobility issues. the bed situation can be hit-or-miss. two singles pushed together may not suit everyone, leading to a less restful night for some guests.

the room was a bit warm at times and the shower could've been cooler. also, it was uphill from the train station, which might be tough for some.

Amazing breakfast and lovely hosts!
Bill and Pauline are total gems! Breakfast was massive and super tasty, made with local stuff. The family room was huge, with toys for the kids. Only downside? The bathroom could’ve used more space to move around. Definitely enjoyed those complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge!
